Most widget problems on iOS have the same three causes. Start here, and write to us if none of them is it.
The widget stopped updating
Low Power Mode throttles widget refreshes system-wide — turn it off in Settings → Battery and the widget catches up within a minute. If that is not it, check Settings → General → Background App Refresh, then remove the widget and add it again to rebuild its timeline.
The time is wrong by a few hours
That is nearly always a per-widget time zone rather than a bug. Long-press the widget → Edit Widget, and check which city it is pointed at.
StandBy never appears
StandBy needs three things at once: the iPhone charging, in landscape, and stationary. Miss any one and iOS stays on the Lock Screen. Confirm it is enabled in Settings → StandBy.
I paid and the designs are locked
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases, while signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still fails, send us the receipt email and we will sort it out.
Lock Screen widgets look grey
That is iOS applying a single tint to all Lock Screen widgets. It is not something an app can override — the designs are built to stay readable under it.
